This is a weekly walk in and around Innerleithen on a Friday morning. It is open to all ages and abilities and we use well known and risk assessed pavements and pathways and we have 2 trained walk leaders 1 at the front and one at the rear to maintain safety during the walk. We meet at the Whistle Stop Cafe in the Main Street Innerleithen at 10am and walk for 1 hour and return to the Whistle Stop Cafe, where if you wish a coffee and a scone are on offer.NHS and S.B.C. fund this walk.
