Coffee Morning

Lodge St Ronan's 856 will hold a Coffee Morning on Saturday 21 September in the Chapel Street Club from 10.00am - 12.00 noon.  There will be the usual stalls, books, bric-a-brac, cake and candy and Bumper Raffle.  Entry costs £1.00.

Senior Citizens' Club

The first meeting of the 2013/14 session will take place on Wednesday 25 September in Vale of Leithen Social Club at 2.00pm.  The entertainment will be provided by Norrie who takes exercise classes.  Memberships will also be taken.  New members will be made most welcome.  The coffee morning takes place on Saturday 28 September in the Vale Club and any donations can also be handed in at the meeting.

South Pacific

Innerleithen & District Amateur Operatic Society will be presenting Rodgers & Hammerstein's South Pacific from  31 March-5 April 2014.  Rehearsals will commence on Wednesday 18 September in the Free Library Hall, Buccleuch Street, Innerleithen at 7.30pm.  New members would be made most welcome.  Please ring 01896 830577 or email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Fun Run - new date!

The St. Ronan’s Border Games Committee Fun Run will now take place on Sunday 22 September following last week's postponement.  The run will leave from Traquair Road, Innerleithen.  Please note the new start time of 11.30am.  This is open to all ages with prizes for winners and certificates for all entrants.  Children in P.4 and younger must be accompanied by an adult on the run.  All sponsorship raised will go towards the organisation of Games Week 2014.

Innerleithen Badminton Club

The badminton club has restarted at the Memorial Hall every Thursday from 8.00pm. Age 16 and over, new members very welcome. All levels, but beginners and refreshers especially welcome between 8 & 9 pm. Phone Pam on 01896 830146 evenings/weekends for more details.

St. Ronan's Band Coffee Morning

St. Ronan's Silver Band will hold a coffee morning on Saturday 17 August in the Vale Club from 10.00am to 12 noon.  There will be a variety of stalls as well as teas, coffee, juice and biscuits.  The Band will entertain outside the Club before going on to play around the town during the afternoon.
